CHILD SAFE POLICY

Vivere Music is committed to creating a community that is safe, inclusive, and welcoming for all children, young people, and their families.

We prioritise the wellbeing and safety of every student. Our approach encourages children to participate, speak up, and feel respected in all interactions. We actively listen to our students and ensure their views are considered in matters that affect them.

Child safety is at the heart of how we operate. We have zero tolerance for any form of child abuse and take all concerns seriously. Our team takes proactive steps to recognise and minimise risks, and we respond quickly and thoroughly when issues arise.

We are especially mindful of the needs of students who may be more vulnerable and are committed to ensuring every child is treated with dignity, free from discrimination, racism, or exclusion.

At Vivere Music, we believe child safety is a shared responsibility. All staff, teachers, and volunteers play a vital role in upholding a safe learning space and are expected to speak up if concerns arise.

We regularly review our practices and welcome feedback from families, students, and our team to strengthen our commitment to child safety and wellbeing.

The following sections are included in our Child Safe Policy:

1. Statement of Commitment

2. Child Safe Policy

3. Child Safe Code of Conduct
