FORTNIGHTLY SUBSCRIPTIONS

By joining our fortnightly subscription, you agree to the terms below.

 

1. Payment & Billing

Lessons are billed fortnightly in advance using your nominated payment method. If a payment fails, the system automatically retries every 24 hours until successful. Billing continues during public holidays, and students may book a make-up lesson. No fees apply during the studio’s Christmas/New Year closure, and subscriptions are paused automatically during this period.

 

2. Cancellations & Make-Up Lessons

To receive a make-up lesson, you must give at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling. Make-up lessons depend on teacher availability and can only be used while your subscription is active. They cannot be refunded or credited. Lessons missed or cancelled late are forfeited.If a teacher is away or unable to cover a scheduled lesson, students will automatically receive a make-up lesson.

 

3. Pauses & Changes

Students away for up to 2 weeks may use make-up lessons. For absences over 2 weeks, you may request a subscription pause. All pauses, cancellations, and plan changes require 14 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle.

 

4. Ending Your Subscription

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Payments already processed are non-refundable.

 

5. General Policies

Please ensure that you book in the same weekly scheduled lesson - if you wish to change your booking time please discuss with Vivere Music admin beforehand to ensure availability and fairness. 

Please arrive on time; late arrivals do not extend the scheduled lesson. Any lesson extension caused by late arrival is a privilege and at the teacher’s discretion, depending on their schedule. The studio may update these Terms & Conditions with notice.

10 WEEK DISCOUNTS

1. Eligibility

The 10-week discount may only be used once per student and cannot be repeated or transferred.

2. Discount Details

The discount applies to a 10 week block of consecutive weekly lessons. 

Lessons must be taken weekly at the agreed recurring time.

3. General Policies 

All regular studio T&Cs apply, including attendance, cancellations, payments and conduct. 

Missed or rescheduled lessons follow the studio's standard policies.

4. Payment & Refunds:

Payment for the 10 week block is non-refundable once processed. 

The discount cannot be transferred to another student.

​

5. After the 10 weeks

Students may continue lessons under the standard fortnightly subscription.​
