OUR TEAM

Owner & Piano Teacher
Catherine Ho
I began my journey at 4 but really only started to take it seriously by teach myself during my teenage years. At the age of 18, I pursued formal training for AMEB testing, which laid the foundation for my academic and professional music career.
Currently, I hold a Bachelor of Arts with a focus on Music and Languages, as well as a Master of Teaching - qualifying me as a high school music teacher. I've had 10 years of private piano teaching and 4 years of teaching in high schools.
My teaching philosophy is grounded in the belief that music is a deeply personal journey. Every student is different, and learning music should be an enjoyable and inspiring experience at every level. My goal is to offer engaging, personalized lessons that celebrate progress, creativity, and confidence.
At Vivere Music, we strive to provide high-quality learning materials so that anyone can learn their favourite instrument with clarity and confidence.

Piano & Violin Teacher
Ann Theresa Gregory
With over 50 years of musical experience, I began playing the piano at age 4 and later learned various instruments, including violin, viola, and others. Piano, violin, and viola are my specialties, and I teach these instruments at Vivere Music. I hold 3 performance diplomas for piano (AMusA, ATCL, LTCL) and have performed as both a soloist and accompanist in Australia and the USA, as well as in small groups and orchestras.
After a career in academic medical publishing, I now enjoy teaching music and music theory in my retirement. My teaching philosophy is simple: everyone can learn to play music and enjoy it. I tailor my approach to each student’s needs and abilities, drawing on everything I’ve learned over the years, and continue to learn myself.
I love helping students become comfortable with their playing, enjoy performances, and feel confident about exams if that’s their goal. I look forward to helping you learn to play the music you love!

Piano Teacher
Nelson Lin
I began my musical journey 15 years ago and have completed up to the CMus Piano Certificate through AMEB. This journey has allowed me to refine both my performance abilities and my teaching methods, enabling me to share my passion for the piano with others - developing my strong technical skills and a deep love for music.
My teaching approach combines performance experience with a focus on technique and theory while simultaneously creating a supportive environment where students can grow and thrive. I believe in building a solid foundation while tailoring lessons to suit each student's learning style and goals. Whether you are learning for personal enjoyment or aiming for more formal achievement, I aim to make every lesson engaging and accessible.
My goal is not only to help students reach their musical aspirations but also to inspire a lasting passion for music. I want students to connect with music on a deeper level, growing both as musicians and individuals. Let's work together to make music that you love!
